Error description

  • Users of DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS report that PF key
display hides the input field and " Description " prompt in the
bottom line of panel ADB2SDS - " Save Dialog ". Problem is seen
when selecting option S " Save dialog " option from panel:
  GOCMENU " DB2 Object Comparison Tool Menu ".

Local fix

  • PF3 back to GOCMENU panel, issue command PFSHOW OFF on command
line, then choose option S " Save Dialog ".

In DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS, the field 'Description'
on panel ADB2SDS 'Save Dialog' was overlapped by the F-key
labels when PFSHOW is on because the depth of the panel is not
long enough.
