PM84107: TABLE OF CONTENTS LINKS NOT WORKING IN EXCEL 2007 OUTPUT, WHEN PAGE NAMES HAVE SPECIAL CHARACTERS

Error description

• A report with a table of contents is used. The table of contents
  has a reference to each report page. The page names include
  special characters like: (, ), : and '. The user runs this
  report in Excel 2007 format. ??# When opening the report result
  in MS Excel 2007/2010, this error message is shown:?"Excel found
  unreadable content in <filename>.xlsx Do you want to recover..."
  ?Excel was able to open the file by repairing or removing the
  unreadable content: "Removed Records: Named range from
  /xl/workbook.xml part (Workbook)"?=> The links including special
  characters are not working in MS Excel.??# It is not possible to
  open the report result in MS Excel 2003 with converter. Message:
  "The converter failed to open the file"

• Do not use special characters in the report page names or use ot
  her report output format.
