  shown as Out Link in DOORS Thick Client ? as In Link in DWA.

  with DNG 4.0.1 (release variant)
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  -----------------------
  1.? Create a New Link from an Artifact in DNG to either an
  existing Object in DOORS or by creating a new Object in DOORS.
  Say a new 'References' link from an Artifact into an existing
  Object in DOORS.
  
  2.? Open the DOORS Object via the DOORS Thick Client, we would
  observe that the newly created 'Referenced by' collaboration
  link is displayed with an 'Out Link' indicator.
  
  3.? Open the same Object via DWA, we would observe that the same
  'Referenced by' collaboration link is displayed with an 'In
  Link' indicator.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed so that the link direction is
  consistent in DOORS and DWA
