Error description
Start-up of the CHIN is delayed. It is not clear why. Finally, these messages appear: CSQX020I CSQXSPRI Shared channel recovery completed CSQX022I CSQXSUPR Channel initiator initialization complete . Shared channel recovery was occurring and taking a while (in this case due to clean-up activity for orphaned channel status entries as described in PM81116). There was no indication that this processing was taking place until the "recovery completed" message. There should be a message to show that the recovery started.
