  *                      is on tape is not occurring.            *

  The parser is not detecting the presence of the NUMRECS clause
  in the UTILFROM/LOAD statements. Because NUMRECS is not
  detected, the workfile size estimation when SYSREC is on tape
  is not occurring.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.  Users who apply APAR PM64274 should
  also apply this APAR.
