• Index reorganization can fail at the end of the copy phase with
  "HRF01043E Abend code is U0016" message.
  This problem can occur after APAR PM75032 is applied.

  with U0999 abend.

Problem conclusion

• There was an error in the check logic for out-of-order updates
  which was added as a part of sort logic fix of APAR PM75032.
  This APAR fixes the error and resolves the U0999 abend.
