  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the DB2 Administration Tool for     *
  *                 z/OS who use panel ADB21K 'Packages'         *
  *                 to bind multiple packages.                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the BIND Primary command,    *
  *                      the Batch job does not generate the     *
  *                      Bind command for Native Stored          *
  *                      Procedure (NSP) and the user receives   *
  *                      the following error message:            *
  *                                                              *
  *                      'Not Possible. The operation            *
  *                      requested is not possible on this       *
  *                      panel for this object',                 *
  *                                                              *
  *                      although performing a 'B - Bind'        *
  *                      line command on a package works         *
  *                      fine.                                   *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Program should construct bind statements for Native Stored
  Procedures and Functions (NSP/NSF) packages and should
  construct the FREE statement for NSP/NSF packages.  To ensure
  the Bind Deploy command is successfully run for NSP/NSF
  packages, the customer needs to change the BIND statement
  manually, the following is an example:
  
  BIND PACKAGE(>package_name<)  <===specify a new package name
    QUAL(>qualifier<)
    OWNER(>owner<)
    DEPLOY(>collection-id.package-id<)
    COPYVER(>version<)
    ACTION(REPLACE)
