PM80364: DB2 SORT IVP JOB BUFFERPOOL VPSIZE CHANGED TO VP SIZE(0) AND ALLOW SCHEMA CONTROL OVER IVP CREATED OBJECTS

Error description

• The TCz screen for the buffer pool has a pop-up that explains
  that the value will be reset to zero at the end of the job.
  The explanation advises a user to choose a buffer pool that
  will not be adversely affected.
  This will be improved by giving the user two choices
  1. Specify a spare buffer pool number and indicate
  its size which will be restored ot the original size at
  the end of the IVP
  2. Provide the number of an existing buffer pool that
  is at least a certain size which will not be modified
  3. Allow user SCHEMA control over IVP created objects.
