• TEP sporadically shows incorrect values (very large or negative)
  in various waits fields of Thread Wait Events workspace :
  
  Open Close Waits
  Syslgrng Waits
  Archive Quisce Waits
  Archive Tape Waits
  
  and some others
  
  Additional symptoms:

Local fix

• Turn on classes 3 and 8 in accounting trace
  
  NOTE:
  Workaround for the stack shortage doesn't exist.
