Error description
On CQWeb, a schema in which you have a field ex. date/time field repeated on more than 1 tab, the value does not appear to update during the current session, until the record is saved/refreshed. You change the value on 1 tab, go to another, and the value appears with the old value. Steps to reproduce: 1- Modify OOB DefectTracking schema adding a data/time field in multiple tabs for record type Defect. 2- Modify the record and change the date/time field value on 1 tab. 3- Go to another tab, the changed value appears on the date/time field with the old value.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** In ClearQuest Web, if your schema has the same field repeated on more than 1 tab, changing it's value does not update on all tabs until the record is saved/refreshed. As example: if you have the same date/time field "DUE DATE" on multiple tabs, and you change it on one tab, after you go to the other tab, "DUE DATE" will still have the old value.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available in ClearQuest 7.1.2.10 and 8.0.0.6. ClearQuest Web now immediately changes the field value on all the tabs where it appears.
