Error description

• Users of DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS may receive message:
  DB2 cmd error
  when using panel ADB21D, 'Databases', if the user does not have
  required DISPLAY authority, or higher authority.

  Panel ADB21D issues the following command:
    -DIS GROUP DETAIL
  whenever the panel prepares to display database(s). Only those
  users who lack DISPLAY, SYSOPR, or similar authority will
  experience the DB2 command error condition.

  ADB21XP, DB2 Admin will invoke the DB2 command '-DIS GROUP
  DETAIL' to retrieve the current DB2 mode, resulting in the
  error:
  
  'DB2 cmd error'
