Error description

• IMS authorization creates a specific SSID for an online image
  copy job. ORF tries to establish XCF connection with this
  special SSID and fails with ABEND U0999.

Problem conclusion

• After this APAR is applied, ORF does not try to establish XCF
  connection with the SSID created by Online Image Copy, whose
  name starts with a numeric character.
