Error description
This problem only exists when using the LDAP provider configured for identity mapping. In additon, the symptoms would only occur if a customer setup trusted credentials in a CRN install and has been upgrading the Content Store up to the current versions.??In CRN, a user's trusted credentials did not contain the user's distinguished name. As such, a search was required in order to determine the user's DN. A change was made such that the lookup for the user's DN no longer returned any results. This would cause authentication with trusted credentials to fail.?
