Error description

• Customer is having an issue with FOPD2EXE when executing SQL
  using FOPD2EXE.
  They are in DB2 v9, but error is SQLCODE -204 on
  SYSIBM.TABLESPACESTATS which is a DB2 v8 user defined RTS table.

  Under certain circumstances when using DB2 V9 or V10 and
  executing SQL statements which may produce SQL errors or
  additional prompts for substitution variables Optim may
  incorrectly reference storage which was released prematurely
  leading to errors.
  

Problem conclusion

• Program logic has been changed to correct product behavior.
