Error description

• The attempt to unload data from image copies at the partition
  level fails because of an error during the allocation of an
  image copy data set reported by messages as follows:
  
    IKJ56221I VOLUME  IS ALLOCATED TO ANOTHER JOB OR USER,
              TRY LATER
  
  and
  
     INZI330E DYNAMIC ALLOCATION FAILED.
              DSN=dataset.name.of.image.copy.partnnn
              RC=4, REASON=0x220
              SVC99 MESSAGES ARE REPORTED IN JESMSGL CARD
  
  This occurs when all the following conditions are fulfilled:
  - the image copies are dynamically allocated by DB2 HPU
    (i.e. either the ?COPYDDN integer? or ?COPYDDN LAST_IC?
     option is specified)
  - image copies that meet the specifications at the partition
    level (thus either PARTITIONED or ANYTYPE was specified)
  - at least 2 of the input image copies are located on the
    same tape volume.
