This APAR addressed a number of issues:

1- The OWNER field of a SQL Inline User Defined Function was
    not compared.

2- The OWNER field of a dependent Trigger was changed when it
was dropped/created to allow a Function to be changed.

3- A Trigger was dropped from the target when it should have
    only been added. This caused a SQLCODE=-204 / SQLCODEN204.

4- A dependent procedure was not dropped/recreated to allow
a procedure to be changed. This caused a SQLCODE=-478 /
    SQLCODEN478 error.
