Error description

• SSA/KFB was truncated in BTSOUT on BTS GUI plugin when ./O
  ELAPTIME=YES or ALL was used.

  *                      GUI when ./O ELAPTIME=YES or ALL was    *
  *                      used                                    *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  When ./O ELAPTIME=YES or ALL was used, the output length for SSA
  and KFB was not updated correctly for GUI after the output data
  including the elapse time was split by LRECL=133.
  

Problem conclusion

• BTS is modified to have a correct length for SSA/KFB.
