In Business Insight Advanced a user cancels a report execution for some reason. When executing the report again the user still gets the message: ?XQE-GEN-0003 The request was canceled by the user??This behavior stays for 10-15 minutes or until the QueryService is restarted. Each report could be affected by this behavior. The behavior appears in 9 of 10 opportunities.
Local fix
Restart the QueryService in IBM Cognos Administration.
