Error description

• BSYI002I ABEND Code:0E0 Reason Code: 00000030
  This problem is uncovered when startup JCL is very complicated
  i.e. with many  // INCLUDE and // SET JCL statements.
  The problem occurs when IMS RE is attempting to 'discover' the
  underlying IMS data sets and tries to do this by parsing JCL
  since the IMS system is offline. The IMS system is actually up
  but there is no DFSPPUE0 exit which is used by IMS RE to
  indicate when an IMS system is active or not.
