  The following issues are being addressed in this APAR:
  1. Dialog selection of IMS systems error
  2. Fix Dialog copy of RGEs
  3. Support numeric TRANSACT names
  4. Dialog new object popups SAVE on PF3
  5. Improve parameter manager PROCLIB editing
  6. Support new MAXCVRT and MAXLSSSZ parameters in HWSCFG
  7. Correct TAKEUP samplib workfile DDNAME
  8. Dialog system screens improvements

  3. New Backout Change Package utility
  4. Journal discontinued in favor of new repository System
  History records
  5. Improved Install handling of PGM and DB updates

  7. New COMPART status for Change Packages
