Error description

• This APAR addresses the following two DB2 Sort issues:
  
  Performance can be degraded in REORG applications with SHRLEVEL
  CHANGE.  CPU time and elapsed time can increase in REORG
  applications with SHRLEVEL CHANGE with index sorts.
  
  An infinite loop can occur if the amount of storage assigned to
  a sort is very small.  In sort applications that use SORTWK
  data sets, an infinite loop can occur if the amount of storage
  available to the sort is so small that some CCWs cannot be
  built.
