  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Only the second IFCID repetition was used to show data
  in the PE Client. Only the last BPs values were shown.
  In case of DSG the data were mixed.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Now each repetition of the statistics IFCID is processed and
  merged correctly to create one complete statistics IFCID
  containing the complete BP list for each subsystem.
