Error description

• This APAR enables the Fast Path Advanced tool to initialize
  ADS's.
  
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of FITS
  requirement MR0523126450.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enables the FPA to            *
  *                      initialize ADS's.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  1. FPA INITIALIZE function is provided to initialize one or more
  data sets of one or more areas of a DEDB database, and generates
  the new Initialization Processing Summary Report.

  Solution Pack, Overview and Customization.
  
  2. For all FPA functions and FP Stand-alone DB Sensor,
  DBRC=IGNORE option is provided to bypass the DBRC process of the
  database though DBRC=FORCE is set for IMS.
  
  These enhancements are being implemented as a result of FITS
  requirement MR0523126450 and MR0626123732.
