Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS ALT function: changes made
  on panel ADB26CTU 'ALTER Table' to the 'Allow Nulls' and 'WITH
  DEFAULT' and 'Default value' field results in the 'Allow Nulls'
  change being missed.

  When using the ALT function to alter a column from 'NOT NULL'
  to be nullable 'WITH DEFAULT >constant<', DB2 Admin does not
  execute the change because the change from 'NOT NULL' to
  nullable is missing in the column definition.
