  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  During retrieval of locking conflicts data the PE Server subtask
  inadequately reacts to an internal error. Normal processing
  continues and causes Abend 0C4 in the proceeding processing
  step.

  Code has been corrected to set appropriate return and reason
  codes and complete the current data retrieval process.
