  Building a JET2 transform using the structured data importer for
  deployment topologies cause an error when attempting to
  establish those requirements with the JET2 transform.

  The type attribute in ?deploy:requirement? used to accept
  valid capability types only. Passing other values such as
  unit types caused exceptions.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now, the ?deploy:requirement? behavior is adjusted such that
  it's type attribute can accept both valid unit type and
  capability type as values.
