APAR status

Error description

• When DBD/PSB/ACB Compare utility compares ACB with DBD generated
  by IMS V1.2, ABENDS0C4 occurs.
  DBD generated by IMS V1.3 or later has DBDXTAB but DBD generated
  by IMS V1.2 does not have this table.
  DBD/PSB/ACB Compare accesses an address defined for DBDXTAB when
  it processes DBD generated by IMS V1.2. This causes the problem.

  A DBD generated by IMS V1.3 or later has an internal table of
  DBD, DBDXTAB but a DBD generated by IMS V1.2 does not have the
  table.
  DBD/PSB/ACB Compare utility attempts to access the table when
  comparing between an ACB and a DBD even if the DBD is generated
  by IMS V1.2 and the table does not exist.
  In that case, the address of the table is not valid and
  accessing the address causes ABEND0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR modifies the module FABLADP0 to fix DBD/PSB/ACB
  Compare utility not to access the internal table of DBD, DBDXTAB
  when comparing between an ACB and a DBD if the DBD is generated
  by IMS V1.2.
