Error description
AllowRequirementReparenting) as checked. Now manually moving the requirement onto a class in the diragram does not have an effect in the browser tree(requirement do not move in the browser). It is expected that the requirement will move to class which becomes it new owner. Alternatively - moving/dragging the requirement from a package to the class in the browser makes the requirement moves to the class, which becomes its new owner.
