PM69744: DB2 HPU INCORRECTLY DETERMINES THE DB2 VERSION LEADING TO SQLCODE204 AND OTHER ERRORS

Error description

• DB2 HPU incorrectly determines the DB2 version if the following
  conditions are satisfied:
  - the fix for PM53236 has been applied
  - DB2 HPU is run against a DB2 data sharing group
  
  This wrong determination can lead to the following issue:
  - SQLCODE-204, ERROR:  SYSIBM.SYSVTREE IS AN UNDEFINED NAME
    is an unload against a view is requested
  - the  VUU061/ACCPREP parameter is ignored
  - the fix for PM61775 is disabled
  
  Other undetermined troubles might occur.
