If the WebSphere Application Server is stopped for a second time, data appears in the log file that should not. Component that is failing WAS.admin.connectors

The existing filtering mechanism is in error.
Problem conclusion
A new filtering mechanism is put into place for all 4 connector types. The fix has been confirmed to work for the scenario reported in customer PMR.
