Error description

• IMSDBREFRESH fails if target device is a PPRC primary volume.
  This enhancment will support FCTOPPRCPRIMARY keyword as well as
  the preserve mirror options during a database refresh when
  invoking ADRDSSU.
  Not specifying FCTOPPRCPRIMARY will fail the IMSDBREFRESH job
  ifthe target dataset is on a volume that is a PPRC primary
  volume.
  Specifying FCTOPPRCPRIMARY will allow the IMSDBREFRESH to
  complete if the target data set is on a PPRC primary volume but
  the target volume may go into duplex pending.
  If the target volume of the FlashCopy operation is a Metro
  Mirror primary device, you may also want to specify whether the
  'Preserve Mirror' capability can be used to drive a remote
  flashcopy operation and prevent the targate device from going
  into a duplex pending state. The options are driven through t
  he PRESMIRNONE, PRESMIRREQ, and PRESMIRPREF options.
