Error description

  *
  This APAR also addresses an exposure that may cause S0C4-4
  abends in LOGREC, generated from the home asid of the CQM Master
  Address Space when a DB2 subsystem being monitored by Query
  monitor is not running or is stopped while being monitored.
  
  If this condition occurs, customers should stop the CQM
  collector started task and remove the affected DB2 ssid from the
  MONITOR parameter in the CQMPARMS file for the collector started
  task, then restart the collector task. The affected DB2 ssid can
  then be dynamically added to CQM's monitored list at a later
  time using option "6. Work with Monitoring Agents" on the ISPF
  client interface. However, please note that if the DB2 ssid is
  shut down or the customer decides to not monitor it, then CQM
  should be recycled again and this procedure repeated if the S0C4
  abends are being generated.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS
  ABENDS0C4 in module SRBMSCLN
  SRBMSCLN is a Query Monitor program scheduled by various Query
  Monitor programs to run in SRB mode. The S0C4 occurred in
  SRBMSCLN due to an invalid SDA address
