PM64774: Extended Insight Dashboard needs to tolerate DB2 APAR PM53243 changes

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When customers are installing the PTF for DB2 new function APAR
  PM53243 on DB2 subsystems monitored by Extended Insight, the
  statement text will not be shown in the Statement Section. This
  is due to a change introduced by the PM53243.
  Toleration Code has been implemented via APAR PM64574 in the
  Repository Server to solve this problem.
