PM64411: ALAA073E IS POSSIBLE IN HISPEED WHEN PROCESSING ACTIVITY PRIOR TO A REORG THAT REBUILT THE DICTIONARY

Error description

• When activity is processed that spans the timeframe of multiple
  image copies and a REORG was performed after the activity being
  processed and the REORG rebuilds the compression dictionary, it
  is possible to receive a message stating that there is a
  dictionary mismatch (ALAA073E). The problem occurs because only
  the first image copy is needed prior to the REORG, but the wrong
  logpoint was being used in the comparison.
