Error description

• After applying PTF UK77579, an ABEND0C4 occurs in HRFFLGX0
  while bringing up IMS.

  IMS could fail to start due to S0C4 abend inside the SWAREQ
  macro call in HRFFLGX0 module.
  

Problem conclusion

• The external parameter area passed to SWAREQ macro was not
  correct. This error does not always cause S0C4 abend, but this
  time it started to get S0C4 abend triggered by UK77579.
  This APAR corrects the parameter area for SWAREQ macro.
