PM63605: ZSQL panel program check ABEND0C4 at KO2CTH6K offset 0500 in V8/V9 to V10 conversion mode with members in different DB2 rels

Error description

• When zoomed in for a thread from thread activity, the following
  mesasge occurred while displaying ZSQL panel:
  >> OB0910: Program Check - Recovery Successful-A7F3F3C0  <<
  Omegamon STC joblog showed a dump was taken with this title:
  OMEGAMON II FOR DB2  COMPID=5655W3700, JOB=OMPEO2,
  LMOD=KO2CDB2K#L, CSECT=#UNKNOWN, OFFSET=052718
  The code in KO2CTH6K at offset 0500 detected that C124XRDIA
  field did not point to a correct XRDI.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. Incorrect offset is used in G mode to access DB2 control
  block data.
  2. The collection id and SQL text display use the wrong IFCID
  UNICODE flag to control the UNICODE conversion in G mode.
