Error description

• Depending on SMP/E LMOD Return code (RC) settings, the user can
  see failure of APPLY of UK77499 due to the linkedit error:
  
  IEW2315E 1369 IDENTIFY DATA COULD NOT BE ADDED TO DSQIELI
           BECAUSE THE SECTION DOES NOT EXIST.
  
  For users who have applied the PTF successfully, the error does
  not prevent QMF from running and does not cause any
  runtime issues.

  *                      receive link-edit error message:        *
  *                      MSGIEW2315E 1369 'IDENTIFY DATA         *
  *                      COULD NOT BE ADDED TO DSQIELI BECAUSE   *
  *                      THE SECTION DOES NOT EXIST.' This       *
  *                      could cause the SMP/E APPLY job to      *
  *                      end with a condition code 8. The job    *
  *                      condition code depends on the SMP/E     *
  *                      maximum allowable return code set in    *
  *                      the SMP/E zone. MSGGIM23901E can be     *
  *                      seen for various modules.               *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  QMF PTF UK77499 was improperly built. It included an IDENTIFY
  statement for module DSQIELI which should not have been present.
  Users who successfully applied UK77499 should not encounter
  errors in the runtime product.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IDENTIFY statement for module DSQIELI has been removed.
