Error description

• The CQM@LDB2 DB2 offload job currently posts the following
  message and terminates with return code 08 when the VSAM
  backstore interval being offloaded does not contain any data to
  offload:
  
  CQM7002I STARTING INTERVAL NOT LOCATED IN INTERVAL DATASET OR
  ALL INTERVALS ARE EMPTY - NO DATA TO OFFLOAD
  
  This enhancement adds a new parameter for program CQM@WDB2 to
  allow customers to specify any valid user return code value (0 -
  4095), when the empty backstore interval condition occurs.
  
  New syntax will be supported in the CQM@WDB2 program:
  
  NO_DATA_RC(8)
  
  The default value of '08' will ensure that the program behavior
  does not change by default.
