  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Subtasks of a monitoring PE Server might not have completed the
  processing of scheduled requests when the requesting task
  terminates as response to a stop command. Once the depending
  task gets dispatched to complete the request, the resources
  might already have been freed by the time they are accessed.

  The termination sequence has been changed.
