Error description

• When specifying PROCESS-TYPE(Y)and ENABLE-PREFETCH(Y), the DDL
  is generated for missing target objects. Newly created
  tablespace objects are not found in the cache.
  Indexspaces are found. Newly created tablespaces are thus not
  copied from the source job, but the datasets are created and
  available on the target. The code has been updated so that when
  DDL is issued, prefetch processing is disabled.

Local fix

• Specify ENABLE-TARGET-PREFETCH(N) when creating target objects.
  Source catalog can still use prefetch.
