Error description

• This APAR addresses the following abends that may occur when
  viewing or offloading interval data in CQM V3.1 that was created
  in CQM V2.3:
  
  ABEND S0C4-00000004 MODULE CQM#IVSB ADDRESS 100A5000 and Abend
  C03000 processing command 'CQM$MAIN' may occur after migrating
  Query Monitor from V2.3 to V3.1 and selecting interval data
  created under Query Monitor V2.3.
  AbendS0C3, S0C4 abends may occur in offload job CQM@LDB2 after
  migrating Query Monitor from V2.3 to V3.1 and loading interval
  data created under CQM V2.3 into DB2 offload tables created CQM
  V3.1.
