Error description

• A java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError is thrown from a wsadmin
  task invoked from within ant, for example:
  java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
  javax.annotation.sql.DataSourceDefinition

  The java.endorsed.dirs property is not correctly set for the
  the ws_ant process. It is missing endorsed_apis. This may
  cause ClassNotFound exceptions to be thrown by ant tasks which
  use classes found in the endorsed_apis directory. For example,
  classes with a package name starting with 'javax.annotation'.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the ws_ant launcher so that the java.endorsed.dirs
  property is correct.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.0.0.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
