  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The utility panel ADB2USO 'Specify Utility Options - REORG'
  does not allow a REORG with SHRLEVEL CHANGE for a LOB
  tablespace even though DB2 10 supports it.
  
  Panel ADB2USO 'Specify Utility Options - REORG' is enhanced
  to allow specification of SHRLEVEL CHANGE for a LOB
  tablespace.  For a LOB tablespace, the Maptable fields of
  panel ADB2USO1 'Specify Utility Options - REORG TABLESPACE'
  are no longer required fields.
  
  The ALT line command on panel ADB21F 'Functions' is
  enabled for external scalar and external table functions,
  which takes the user to a new panel ADBP7F 'Redefine
  Function' and allows them to alter the panel options and
  the following attributes:
  
  - PARAMETER attributes
  - RETURNS attributes
  
  The ALT component will build the change statements and
  supply it to the ALT hub ADB27CA 'Alter Objects'. Line
  command 'A - Alter Object' on ADB27CA can be used to
  change the function attributes again.
  
  The REL line command on panel ADB27CA 'Alter Objects'
  is enhanced in the following ways:
  
  - Provides a hierarchical view of the objects, showing
  dependencies between the objects similar to the 'DS -
  Database Structures' command. A new panel, ADBP7REL
  'Related Objects', is created to take advantage of this new
  display format. ADB27CR 'Alter Related' is no longer used.
  
  - Provides the ability to choose which objects to display
  (for REL on DB - Database, TS - Table space, TB - Table,
  AL - Alias, and SY - Synonym only).
  -Shows more object types related to the selected object.
  This includes, for example, aliases and synonyms on
  Tables and on Views.
  
  -Allows use of the command on additional object types.
  The REL command can now be issued against explicit and
  implicit databases, indexes, aliases, synonyms, table
  and INSTEAD OF triggers, and foreign key constraints,
  as well as tables and explicit table spaces.
  
  -Provides additional information on the Related Objects
  panel in the Info 1 / 2 fields, similar to panel ADB27CA
  'Alter Objects'.
  
  The line commands available on ADBP7REL 'Related Objects'
  include 'S - Show object' to show more information on the
  object, and 'A - Add object' to add the object to the hub
  (panel ADB27CA 'Alter Objects').
  
  Miscellaneous changes:
  - The ADDINDEX primary command on panel ADB27CR 'Alter
  Objects' is replaced by the 'CX - Create Index' line command
  on panel ADB27CA 'Alter Objects' (only valid on tables).
  Similarly, the ADDFK primary command is replaced by the
  'CFK - Create Foreign Key' line command.
  - Delete on a table no longer automatically deletes its
  related objects.
  - Skeleton ADB2UTLC does not provide a comma where it is
  needed.
  
  Notes:
  - REL is not allowed on views, stored procedures, functions,
  or sequences.
  - Only first-level views are shown when views are displayed as
  related objects.
  - REL on an INSTEAD OF trigger, alias, or synonym which is
  defined on a view which is dependent on other views, or on
  multiple objects, will only display the object and it's
  view.
  
  Added support for modifying XML type modifiers for DB2 10
  table columns using the ALT (Alter) command. A new line
  command, 'UM - Update XML modifiers' is added to panel
  ADB27C 'Alter Table' that allows a user to add/modify XML type
  modifiers for XML columns during ALT of a table.  New panel
  ADBP7UM 'XML Modifiers for' is added to show all the XML type
  modifiers for a table column and the panel allows users to
  update the modifiers during the ALT process.
  
  The Space Manager function has been updated so it is using the
  formulas from the DB2 Administration Tool User's Guide and
  support EAV and index compression.
  
  A new field 'Unload method - (U - Unload, C - Cross loader)'
  has been added to panel ADB28M 'Migrate Parameters', giving the
  user the option to use the DB2 Cross Loader.  The MIG function
  now also allows the user to use the DB2 10 RUNSTATS USE
  PROFILE option.
  
  A new 'LC - Load using Cross Loader' option has been added to
  the table space and table utility options to load the object
  using the DB2 Cross loader.  When used on the table space parts
  panel ADB21SP 'Table Space Partitions', it will generate the
  required predicates to load rows that belong to the specified
  partitions, or load all partitions in parallel.
