Error description

• DB2 APAR PM02366 made Reorg keyword REBALANCE invalid with
  SORTDATA=NO for table-controlled partitioned tablespaces.
  This APAR will result in error message HAAB322W at job build
  time when a TS REORG specifies "REBALANCE" and "SORTDATA NO"
  for a table-controlled partitioning tablespace.
