Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: OMPE collector won't start up because   *
  *                      the started task JCL is wrong. It       *
  *                      contains an additional step which does  *
  *                      not belong to the started task due to   *
  *                      a wrong delimiter. The symptom is a JCL *
  *                      error when starting the OMPE collector. *
  *                                                              *

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The following JCL ERROR occurs (line number may vary) in case
  the started task JCL is wrong.
  
  32 IEFC601I INVALID JCL STATEMENT
  36 IEFC601I INVALID JCL STATEMENT
  
  The problem is the delimiter used to separate JOB steps that
  create the started task and several configuration member. The
  delimiter prior to this PTF is set to '/*' but must be $$
  instead.
  
  This PTF changes the delimiter to make sure it is generated
  correctly again.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  The delimiter of the job steps was changed in order to make
  sure that the started task is generated correctly again.
