Error description

• When there are not enough directory blocks to insert another
  member inot the LOB PDS, a U=89 abend occurs. This ABEND is
  being converted to the following message: ALAA575E-PDS DIRECTORY
  UPDATE FAILED FOR MEMBER: member name, RC:xx, RES:yy.
  This error message is more friendly and allows quicker
  resolution to the problem encountered.
