Error description

• QMF convert query command fails with msg DSQ20005:
  "DSQ50136 DSQ50308 Undefined message number encountered in the
  message module. *** CMD=CONVERT"
  when the QUERY uses less-than and greater-than characters
  (<>) to indicate 'not equal'.

  Code was changed in the QMF V10 SQL QUERY FORMATTER that
  caused the QMF message handler to try to issue a message
  for an undefined message number.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was added to the SQL QUERY FORMATTER module that prevents
  issuing an undefined message.
