    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    In DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS,when generic IGNORE
    option KEYTARGETS is specified, only the key-targets from
    extended indexes should be ignored, however, columns from
    both simple and extended indexes are ignored as a result of
    the comparison.

Problem conclusion

  • Problem has been resolved. When generic IGNORE option
    KEYTARGETS is specified, any key-targets changes from extended
    index will be ignored. Comparing simple indexes and other
    index options are not influenced by the KEYTARGETS option.
