Error description

• ABEND0C4 in module CQMTXLA1 offset x'A8' during a
  DB2 BIND when Query Monitor is monitoring the DB2 subsystem.
  
  NOTE: The DB2 Query Monitor Collector started task shares code
  with the DB2 Audit Management Expert Collector and the
  InfoSphere Guardium S-TAP Collector. Customers running the these
  products may experience this problem.
  

Local fix

• If this condition occurs, deactivate monitoring for the DB2 ssid
  and proceed with performing the BINDs.
