Error description

  • In swift_mt940_tolmf.mms map, the trailing spaces of TAG25 are
    trimmed.  In the swift_mt940_fromlmf.mms map, leading zeros of
    TAG28 are trimmed.

    Problem Description:
    PAD on text fields is causing trailing spaces to be trimmed

Problem conclusion

  • Removed PAD from the following fields in swift_iso7775.mtt
    SWIFT > Field > General > #25 > Acc'tID  (for tag 25 in MT940)
    SWIFT > Subfield > Item > General > Entry# (for Tag 28 in MT940)
